GBI've purchased 3 rise gardens and a ton… I've purchased 3 rise gardens and a ton of seed pods within a two week period. Other than the gardens themselves being a bit pricy, I am very pleased with the overall experience. Everything shipped faster than anticipated. Everything works as expected. Some of the documentation has minor grammatical errors which can cause confusion for a newbie gardener like myself but I am thankful that they include documents with tips and guidance. I've personally worked for many start-ups and I am really surprised by the level of detail wether it's user guides, barcodes for easy setup or the graphics which are unique to each set of seeds/pods. So far I really like RG as a brand. From an NPS perspective I would definitely be a promoter (so far)

GBHope it really works and is Easy to use The positive: I am looking forward to getting my grow garden as I’ve been wanting to try this type of item. The Negative: I think that company could do a much better job at describing the whole process from receiving the package to planting and growing. Still too many unknowns for me to feel comfortable that I just spent $300 well.

GBYour website is very difficult to use! Your website is very difficult to use and navigate. I was unable to edit my order on a phone or iPad. When I finally tried with my laptop, it was sheer luck that I was able to figure it out on the third try. There is nothing more frustrating than clicking on the “EDIT”button, and nothing happens. Furthermore, for this and other reasons, I am considering cancelling my membership, but there seems to be no way to do so.

GBEasy ordering from phone The app on my phone to order was easy to use. A wide variety of products available. I purchased seedlings of salad, tomato and pepper. Check out was easy process and first class delivery would happen in 2 -3 days. The whole process completed in 7 minutes- loved the online shopping experience- added bonus 15% Black Friday sale!

GBHappy but not so happy. Receiving my order was a bit of a nightmare. I had about 5 things missing. And they would send me the replacements but sometimes forgetting twice some items. So it took forever to get the garden assembled and finally working. Customer service did send me what ever I needed. I was extremely confused on how to grow the seeds, work the garden and clean it. I think those instructions could be WAY better and more user friendly.
