I've purchased two full-sized gardens… I've purchased two full-sized gardens from Rise (one in early 2020 and the second later in the year), as well as various supplies and products. Whenever I've had an issue with anything, be it a garden or order, they've been very communicative and helpful. Rise genuinely cares about their products and company, and I appreciate it!

Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I've tried multiple times to ask a question about the pH reader you have in your videos and never even gotten through for an answer. I've tried using your QR code on the bottles of supplement and they don't work, at all, neither bottle. You have a good product, do a good job of selling it, and a really poor job of giving information to your customers.

Happy but not so happy. Receiving my order was a bit of a nightmare. I had about 5 things missing. And they would send me the replacements but sometimes forgetting twice some items. So it took forever to get the garden assembled and finally working. Customer service did send me what ever I needed. I was extremely confused on how to grow the seeds, work the garden and clean it. I think those instructions could be WAY better and more user friendly.

Rise Gardens support made me feel so confident in my purchase! I had so many questions before I finally decided to order my Rise Garden and Kayelyn was so kind to answer each of them quickly and in-depth. It made me feel incredibly confident that even if there are hiccups in my hydroponic journey, their support team will be there to help me along the way. I can't wait to set it up and start growing! I'll try to post updates on YouTube and social to help anyone else who is choosing between different systems and starting indoor gardening for the first time.
