Great deal for the price "I purchased directly from Omtech due to there was a July 4th sale. I'd recommend this for anyone who's comfortable getting his hands dirty. Worked great out of the box. Only issue was a broken lock on a passthru panel, but the replacement arrived in days. I didn't even have my ventilation system finished before it arrived. Overall, if you've tried an LED laser before, this is like driving a Porsche when your only frame of reference is a go-kart. Way faster, better, and amazing. Just be prepared to maintain it properly or I'll die on you."

We are new to laser owners We are new to laser owners, no experience at all. After much research we went with the mf1220-5R 50w CO2 laser plus 5200 industrial chiller , inline duct fan upgrade and lightburn software. All items were shipped promptly and laser was set up correctly when shipped. No adjustments needed. It took some time and patience to learn how to operate software but within a few days and watching many tutorial videos we are very excited and learning something new every day. We are very thankful that we chose the 50w and Omtech. Learning it's capabilities is so exciting.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED OMtechlaser just left me hanging. I'm grappling with a major issue with my K40, and they haven't even bothered to email me back. I'm completely let down by your lack of responsiveness. You mentioned you'd give me a call, but I've been waiting for days with no word. This is incredibly frustrating, and my business is taking a hit because of your lack of support.
