CAKeeping it fun The time and care that Gary puts in to designing and redesigning your personalized workout program is very helpful. He is always offering words of encouragement to help you reach your goals. His programs are offering a structure that I needed to keep the workouts interesting and makinf me want to do them six times per week as opposed to 2 maybe 3 times per week when I was going it alone...thanks Gary.

CAI would highly recommend the program I would highly recommend the program. I lost a total of 80 lbs. I have not felt this good since my early 20's ( I am currently 57 years old ). GBBest thing I’ve ever done for myself Gary personalizes the nutrition recommendations to the individual and adjusts as progress or lack of progress as needed. The strength and cardio training is also personalized. Gary creates a new program every 4 weeks based on results. This keeps the workouts from getting boring and continued improvement. Gary monitors both the nutrition and workout reports. He is always available to discuss and make changes to nutrition or the workouts. I have had amazing results.
