CAI would highly recommend the program I would highly recommend the program. I lost a total of 80 lbs. I have not felt this good since my early 20's ( I am currently 57 years old ). I also had other health concerns other than my weight. I had the following. Tinnitus: Gone Hernia: Improve by 90% Stiff back and fingers in the morning: Gone My eye site actually improved a little bit. I have more energy and I am much sharper at work.
