Waste of money This device does absolutely nothing. It is not at all as advertised, does not come with personalized information (the information on the app is very standardized), and the measurements do not provide useful insight into anything that isn't already common sense. Complete waste of money. The company also does not allow returns and does not provide a phone number to speak to anyone regarding dissatisfaction. I believe this company is a scam.

Love using my Lumen daily Love using my Lumen daily. Helps me to know whether my body is burning fat or carbs which lets me plan when to eat my carbs during the day. I’d be lost without it.

I’ve been keto since 2018 I’ve been keto since 2018. Not able to figure out why I can’t lose weight faster second week in and lumens already trying to fix my gut health. I’m absolutely loving this app! Once I’m a little better in my fat burning state, I’m sure I’ll be able to eat more but afraid at this point since I know my guts is not working properly quite yet! I’m a lot more relaxed, because Lumen is figuring it out for me.
