They arrived exactly as scheduled and efficiently brought the chair into the tight basement of my home. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge of the chair's functions. They patiently explained everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood how to use all the features. Their willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. The professionalism and knowledge of the delivery guys made the process smooth and enjoyable. As for the chair, I've only had it one day but so far it appears to do all that I expected it to do. A+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day!
