GBI just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and… I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and set up. I love it! I had injured my back a couple of days ago so I was timid about getting in the chair. Christoper suggested trying it on gentle and I did and it was great. Christopher and his brother, Genesis, did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up, definitely a white glove delivery. He took his time explaining how it works and answering my questions. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in my new Legacy 4 massage lounger. Thanks also to the no pressure sales person to Luis.

GBWe ordered the Black Panther Supreme… We ordered the Black Panther Supreme Hybrid from Tom at the Ventura County Fair. Tom was very patient with my husband and I as we had a lot of technical questions. The massage chair itself was dreamy. With a great price negotiated with Tom, we felt very good about this splurge of a purchase. Delivery was very quick and the delivery men (George Cruz and Daquane Thomas) were prompt and professional and they took the time for another explanation of all the features of the chair. We have been using it everyday and it has helped our bodies feel better. Thank you Tom and the Daiwa crew for a seamless experience, we couldn’t be happier.

GBA+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day! GBFor some reason the roller assembly on… For some reason the roller assembly on my 9150 massage chair stopped moving and I called Daiwa Massage Chair in L.A. and was put in contact with Jaime in service. He helped me diagnose and do some tests on the chair and we determined that the motor was bad. He sent me not only a new motor, but also videos on how to do the repair myself since I was not in the L.A. area. Thank you Jaime
