Daiwa chair poor quality fabric. We bought our Daiwa Massage chair about 4 years ago. While we love the massage part, different programs and all, the leather material is junk. It is flashing all over our carpet, and there is no way to repair it or even get it down to a no shred state. We are ready to tras it because it looks so bad, even though it’s in perfect working order. Why would you use such inferior material in a product that is meant to last many years?!!!

Daiwa Supreme Hybrid… We had our Daiwa Supreme Hybrid delivered last week. We love this chair and upgraded from our Human Touch massage chair. Everyone at this company has been so professional and kind. The delivery guys were unbelievable. We had it narrowed down to 3 places in our home and they said, lets try all 3 and you can see where you want it. They let us video them while they gave us instructions. This chair is the best! Highly Recommend

We ordered the Black Panther Supreme… We ordered the Black Panther Supreme Hybrid from Tom at the Ventura County Fair. Tom was very patient with my husband and I as we had a lot of technical questions. The massage chair itself was dreamy. With a great price negotiated with Tom, we felt very good about this splurge of a purchase. Delivery was very quick and the delivery men (George Cruz and Daquane Thomas) were prompt and professional and they took the time for another explanation of all the features of the chair. A+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day!
