GBDaiwa chair poor quality fabric. We bought our Daiwa Massage chair about 4 years ago. While we love the massage part, different programs and all, the leather material is junk. It is flashing all over our carpet, and there is no way to repair it or even get it down to a no shred state. We are ready to tras it because it looks so bad, even though it’s in perfect working order. Why would you use such inferior material in a product that is meant to last many years?!!!

GBExcellent product, excellent company This company was extremely easy to work with. The delivery men were exceptionally polite & did a fantastic job assembling & placing our chair in the room. Very professional! The chair itself is wonderful -- well constructed, comfortable, beautiful. The bluetooth capability, speakers, USB port, & phone charger are all really great additions. I only have one less than 5-star comment & that is that the massage doesn't do the upper back & neck well. I'm not sure if I am not doing something correctly or if it is just the chair. Fixing this issue would make it perfect! Changing my rating to 5 stars as I just needed more experience in utilizing the settings correctly 🥴

GBI just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and… I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and set up. I love it! I had injured my back a couple of days ago so I was timid about getting in the chair. Christoper suggested trying it on gentle and I did and it was great. Christopher and his brother, Genesis, did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up, definitely a white glove delivery. He took his time explaining how it works and answering my questions. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in my new Legacy 4 massage lounger. Thanks also to the no pressure sales person to Luis.

GBSales person at Christmas Show was very… Sales person at Christmas Show was very helpful, informative without being overly aggressive and forcing the product on us. The delivery men were above professional, knowledgeable about the chair, patient and friendly. Could not have asked for better service. My husband has severe arthritis and has enjoyed the chair so much - says it helps very much with his pain level and he can tell a major difference when he uses it. Likes that he can control where he needs the most relief each time he uses it and can change the controls when needed. Has exceeded our expectations.
