Unsatisfied customer
GBStuck in chair. After a preset massage the system turns off in the zero gravity position. No power available thru the controller or thru voice command. This has been happening since day one with delivery guys watching me stuck in the chair. In the begining i called and did steps with service people and still have the same problem. I called earlier this week and no one has called me back to get someone out here.

He was very prompt. We first saw the chair at the southern christmas show in Charlotte, my husband sat in it and really enjoyed the massage. Tom was very patient with my husband and I as we had a lot of technical questions. The massage chair itself was dreamy. Delivery was very quick and the delivery men (George Cruz and Daquane Thomas) were prompt and professional and they took the time for another explanation of all the features of the chair.
