Sales person at Christmas Show was very… Sales person at Christmas Show was very helpful, informative without being overly aggressive and forcing the product on us. The delivery men were above professional, knowledgeable about the chair, patient and friendly. Could not have asked for better service. My husband has severe arthritis and has enjoyed the chair so much - says it helps very much with his pain level and he can tell a major difference when he uses it. Likes that he can control where he needs the most relief each time he uses it and can change the controls when needed. Has exceeded our expectations.

Stuck in chair. After a preset massage the system turns off in the zero gravity position. No power available thru the controller or thru voice command. This has been happening since day one with delivery guys watching me stuck in the chair. In the begining i called and did steps with service people and still have the same problem. I called earlier this week and no one has called me back to get someone out here.
