Accuracy counts The on-site measurement for carpet (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and stairwell) was not accurate (stairs), thus not enough carpet was ordered (3+ week turn around) and therefore not enough carpet was available to allow the installers to complete the job in one visit. Additional carpet needed to be ordered (3 week turn around), received and installed. The carpet and pad purchased appears to be of excellent quality and hopefully will last for many years.

Just one thing Everything went well through installation but one thing, being charged on my account when I didn't have the product installed yet. If that was explained to me during the selling process I forgot it. Our sales woman did a great job helping us pick the right carpet for our situation. The carpet looks great and the installers did a great job.

Great place for carpets! Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful!
