GBAccuracy counts The on-site measurement for carpet (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and stairwell) was not accurate (stairs), thus not enough carpet was ordered (3+ week turn around) and therefore not enough carpet was available to allow the installers to complete the job in one visit. Additional carpet needed to be ordered (3 week turn around), received and installed. The carpet and pad purchased appears to be of excellent quality and hopefully will last for many years.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others. Great job Carpet One!!

GBWe will never use this company again for any of our flooring, tile or carpet needs. Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. Thank you for asking my opinion, please consider these comments a gift to improve the customer experience for others.

GBThe floor looks good The floor looks good, the installation was good, but the installers didn't clean up the small scraps, threads, etc, and they didn't reconnect my computer. They left the floor a mess actually. For what was charged for installation, and that was a lot, I did not find this acceptable.

GBDelivery was very late. Placed orde … Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
