We recently had floors installed by … We recently had floors installed by Carpet One of Clifton Park.From our inital appointment with Tamela, to the completion of the job,our experience has been top notch! John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. The installation of the floor by Steve and his team was done seamlessly with the utmost detail. We highly recommend Carpet One and their outstanding team of employees. Laurie & William

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

Carpet One Floor & Home, Latham NY The salesperson in the store that we worked with (Laura) was great, but when the installers were ready to finish up, they called us to come by the house they were working in and complete the paperwork. One of the two installers immediately started complaining about the radiators in the three rooms (which if he looked at the plan grid, the radiators were clearly shown) saying that they should have been covered, but it was "too late to stop the job". The overall workmanship was and still is not what we expected from a professional and the same installer (Tom) said "it's adequate for a rental property". Um HELLO TOM, this house is NOT a rental property! I will NOT have these people back for future work.

THE WORST Installed laminate flooring 2 yrs ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.
