We will never use this company again for any of our flooring, tile or carpet needs. Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. Not a good experience Not a good experience. After going to the showroom to pick out tile, we had an estimator show up who told us this was a quick easy job. When the two installers showed up , we were informed half of the ordered tile was junk, and that the estimated cost was incorrect and they left without doing the job and didn't replace the carpet they had rolled back. A fourth employee showed up after many phone calls to the office and suggested we go with the original tile and a cheaper layout. The job was finally completed after an extended time, and now our credit card is being billed more than the amount on our receipt. This has also required phone calls to try to correct this error. We have now filed a dispute through our credit card company.

Delivery was very late. Placed orde … Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

The install teams for both the laminate and carpet were excellent. Frank was great also- we needed a slight repair and he was also very professioanal and excellent!
