Great customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. We purchased carpet for our master… We purchased carpet for our master bedroom three years ago. Presently this carpet is coming loose in the seems and has become flat and undesirable looking. We reached out and told for the warranty to cover it, we must have the carpets professionally cleaned every 18 months. Rental shampooers do not count or ones bought. This is ridiculous to me. We don't even wear shoes in our home. This carpet is obviously poor grade and not installed well. Bad customer service and poor product!

The floor looks good The floor looks good, the installation was good, but the installers didn't clean up the small scraps, threads, etc, and they didn't reconnect my computer. They left the floor a mess actually. For what was charged for installation, and that was a lot, I did not find this acceptable.
