THE WORST Installed laminate flooring 2 yrs ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.

Carpet One Floor & Home, Latham NY The salesperson in the store that we worked with (Laura) was great, but when the installers were ready to finish up, they called us to come by the house they were working in and complete the paperwork. One of the two installers immediately started complaining about the radiators in the three rooms (which if he looked at the plan grid, the radiators were clearly shown) saying that they should have been covered, but it was "too late to stop the job". The overall workmanship was and still is not what we expected from a professional and the same installer (Tom) said "it's adequate for a rental property". Um HELLO TOM, this house is NOT a rental property! I will NOT have these people back for future work.

Great customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others. Great job Carpet One!!

Great place for carpets! Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful! We would definitely use Carpet One again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Accuracy counts The on-site measurement for carpet (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and stairwell) was not accurate (stairs), thus not enough carpet was ordered (3+ week turn around) and therefore not enough carpet was available to allow the installers to complete the job in one visit. Additional carpet needed to be ordered (3 week turn around), received and installed. The carpet and pad purchased appears to be of excellent quality and hopefully will last for many years.
