Quality products and Outstanding Service I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!

Great customer service! I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Great customer service!!

Unreliable I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time. Transfer of drawings through receiving the materials went smoothly. When a couple of parts were requested the response couldn’t be faster. Always helpful on line. One must take the time to install correctly. Read caste fully the instructions prior to starting it will save heartaches. The completed project is solid, safe and looks terrific. Again it’s the communication not only in the planning but through the installation
