GBOrder process was great Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

GBUnreliable I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time. Great service and product with reasonable pricing. Our finished deck with the stainless steel cable, guard rail receives endless favorable comments from visiting friends and neighbors.

GBThe Viewrail product is outstanding and… The Viewrail product is outstanding and the Stair Supplies Customer Service was incredible. I purchased the railing system last fall and was finally able to install it this spring. I realized I needed more hardware than I ordered and contacted customer service. They responded within an hour to confirm what I needed and then sent a quote within minutes. The parts arrived two days later.

GBThe stairs are beautiful The stairs are beautiful. Our only complaint is that we were confused by the directions for taking measurements. This meant that instead of having an inch or so to cut to custom length we barely had any extra at all. If you're not sure how to measure you should call for explanation.
