Order process was great Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Everett WA 130 lineal feet with 2 stair runs The design and ordering process was smooth, all questions were answered in a timely fashion. Everything worked out with design and materials, with the exception of 1 post that was a 3rd right hand instead of my 2nd left hand on one of the stair runs. This was replaced along with a couple of handfuls of crimp fittings, sleeve caps and other misc at no cost. Those materials arrived within 7 days.

Great Product and Company This is our second installation and we could not be more pleased with the product. Planning and measurements were accurate and installation worked well. There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. We would highly recommend the glass railings and Stair Supplies. Thank You.
