Quality products and Outstanding Service I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!

Great customer service! I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Great Product and Company This is our second installation and we could not be more pleased with the product. Planning and measurements were accurate and installation worked well. There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. We would highly recommend the glass railings and Stair Supplies. Thank You.

My product has not been installed yet My product has not been installed yet, but the components looks very nice. Got the wrong shoes delivered with the newels which may have been my fault when i ordered, but the person who took my order over the phone should have picked up on that. Other than that Adria was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. The order shipped several weeks later than originally estimated, but that type of delay is building industry wide right now. Looking forward to enjoying the finished product.

Review Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible.
