GBAbsolutely beautiful product! Absolutely beautiful product. We are slowly renovating our small 1930s cottage and we needed ONE STEP to match our hardwood floor. We selected a landing step that is rounded on both ends and it is exactly what we were hoping for. It's gorgeous.

GBVery responsive and helpful. Very responsive and helpful.. Glad to see you are back to productiona nd busy. Only with since this order was for a missing tread from my original order (my fault), that it could be expedited so my contractor can finally finish my stairs and railing system!!! Its been a challenge without railings on my new floating stairs!!!

GBGood material. Bad support. Good material. Bad support. Blame customers on oversees of their own lacks. Example #1: floating floor cannot be screwed down with posts. I needed to get a third party company to create post covers that allow for floor to be floating (gap of 1/4 inch around the post). When explained and ask to return not used cover ports, they refused because I never mentioned floating floor (blame customer for things they didn't address). Example #2: Screws are too long in most cases and don't make a solid attachment to subfloor. I had to provide my own. Example #3: Missing material that require reshipment. I had to wait for another week to be able to complete the job. I will not recommend these supplies in the future.
