GBAutomatic refill Because they say I ordered previously online they put me on automatic refill, which I DID NOT actually agree to. I got notice that my order was shipped (I nev-4er ordered)and after calling company they said I was on automatic refill and my credit card was charged. I do not give anyone access to my credit card for automatic charges - so I told them if they gave me the items for the same price I would keep them and they should CANCEL automatic refill. They were not willing to change the amount debited from my account. I was an office manager for over 35 years and it's not a big deal to credit and debit a credit card. They were willing to lose a long time client over this. A manager would not even get on the phone. This is not a good company to deal with.

GBThe Products Work! I have been using Healthy Directions for many years now. My husband had a heart attack & quadruple bypass surgery at age 51yrs. We had always lived a healthy lifestyle so it was shocking that it happened. Our cardiologist talked to us about certain supplements that would help my husband's very damaged heart. So besides prescription meds, I came upon this company with several Doctors who advocated different products for different problems. It has been 27 years since that heart attack! My husband has always taken what was advised & is in very good shape for 78. I still purchase online & the only reason I took off a star was because the checkout online can sometimes be a real pain. The deals, coupon codes & changing a credit card to another card, have caused a lot of frustration. I can't "place the order" at times & I have no idea what's up. Sometimes I just walk away & try another day. Obviously, I do get the order in eventually! lol

GBYou carry a product I like to use You carry a product I like to use. I only purchase it off your website if the sales price is right, otherwise I purchase it from Amazon.com.
