GBYour savings offers are often too many Your savings offers are often too many, conflicting and difficult to compare. As a result, I try to figure out if I am taking advantage of the best offer but am not sure. Sometimes when I place an order, minutes later I receive an email with a better offer! Also why can’t I but 4 bottles of something so I can save on shipping as opposed to having to buy 3 or 6? I suggest that you should reward your loyal customers with special savings as they are critical to your business. We are in that group and both I and my wife have been customers for over 30 years.

GBAutomatic refill Because they say I ordered previously online they put me on automatic refill, which I DID NOT actually agree to. I got notice that my order was shipped (I nev-4er ordered)and after calling company they said I was on automatic refill and my credit card was charged. I do not give anyone access to my credit card for automatic charges - so I told them if they gave me the items for the same price I would keep them and they should CANCEL automatic refill. They were not willing to change the amount debited from my account. I was an office manager for over 35 years and it's not a big deal to credit and debit a credit card. They were willing to lose a long time client over this. A manager would not even get on the phone. This is not a good company to deal with.

GBGreat supplements at a GREAT Price!!! Love the sale prices when I can get these wonderful supplements at a great price. I buy these for 4 other family members besides myself!! GBThe agent did a great job in assisting my online order processing The agent did a great job . However , your website order processing had NOT been functioning the past few days prior to my phone call . I have been using it throughout the past year + and it’s been great . Somehow the phone agent did something and I was able to click the order submission button and my order was processed… If you don’t have such a process , I recommend your IT department run periodic checks to ensure order processing is running smoothly. Also, I know your agents are instructed to offer additional products , but for repeat customers like myself , it can become annoying..Perhaps as a general procedure only ONE special product might be offered or the agents might first “ask “ if the customer would like to hear about additional specials. ..
