The Products Work! I have been using Healthy Directions for many years now. My husband had a heart attack & quadruple bypass surgery at age 51yrs. We had always lived a healthy lifestyle so it was shocking that it happened. Our cardiologist talked to us about certain supplements that would help my husband's very damaged heart. So besides prescription meds, I came upon this company with several Doctors who advocated different products for different problems. It has been 27 years since that heart attack! My husband has always taken what was advised & is in very good shape for 78. I still purchase online & the only reason I took off a star was because the checkout online can sometimes be a real pain. The deals, coupon codes & changing a credit card to another card, have caused a lot of frustration. I can't "place the order" at times & I have no idea what's up. Sometimes I just walk away & try another day. Obviously, I do get the order in eventually! lol

The timely completion and shipping of… The timely completion and shipping of the ordered products. Don't like the auto refill on computer orders.

Avoid this company at all cost Avoid this company at all cost! Ordered a sample and before I even had a chance to see if it worked they charged my credit card for $70.78! The charge was pending so called the company and a very nice lady said no problem the order was cancelled/refunded and any subscription was also cancelled. The charge went through so I called back. They had no idea who I spoke to but said SHE didn’t leave any notes on my account so the order shipped and the charge was correct. Crooked! If the product was worth anything why do they have to rip people off!?!? From what I’ve read it’s just their business practice! Then the reply says call for more help. REALLY? Supposedly the order shipped April 18. No updates and have not received anything. Definitely a rip off. Shared to all social media! Thanks for NOTHING. Literally

The agent did a great job in assisting my online order processing The agent did a great job . However , your website order processing had NOT been functioning the past few days prior to my phone call . I have been using it throughout the past year + and it’s been great . Somehow the phone agent did something and I was able to click the order submission button and my order was processed… If you don’t have such a process , I recommend your IT department run periodic checks to ensure order processing is running smoothly. Also, I know your agents are instructed to offer additional products , but for repeat customers like myself , it can become annoying..Perhaps as a general procedure only ONE special product might be offered or the agents might first “ask “ if the customer would like to hear about additional specials. ..
