Automatic refill Because they say I ordered previously online they put me on automatic refill, which I DID NOT actually agree to. I got notice that my order was shipped (I nev-4er ordered)and after calling company they said I was on automatic refill and my credit card was charged. I do not give anyone access to my credit card for automatic charges - so I told them if they gave me the items for the same price I would keep them and they should CANCEL automatic refill. They were not willing to change the amount debited from my account. I was an office manager for over 35 years and it's not a big deal to credit and debit a credit card. They were willing to lose a long time client over this. A manager would not even get on the phone. This is not a good company to deal with.

I love their frequent sales I love their frequent sales. Over the years I have found much information and many helpful products from the doctors they represent. That makes me comfortable trying new products. The sale I found online yesterday was amazing!

No Master Card My first order did not go through because they do not accept master cars on any bank. They informed me about it. I then used another bank card and the order was completed. They have already notified me the order has shipped.

Your savings offers are often too many Your savings offers are often too many, conflicting and difficult to compare. As a result, I try to figure out if I am taking advantage of the best offer but am not sure. Sometimes when I place an order, minutes later I receive an email with a better offer! Also why can’t I but 4 bottles of something so I can save on shipping as opposed to having to buy 3 or 6? I suggest that you should reward your loyal customers with special savings as they are critical to your business. We are in that group and both I and my wife have been customers for over 30 years.

ordered online ordered online, thought, foolishly that, as a very longtime customer I would get a fair price. I ordered 3 prostate health and 3 bladder control total $187.13 2 days later I got your catalog and the total for the same was137.65, a $49.45 difference,NOT in my favor.I am on 82 and on a tight budget, and now I had to pay over $18.00 to return this order because that was the only way to do that your telephone operator told me. I have to seriously reconsider using your co. again. Michael Hoskam and Nina Ratzman
