GBSimple is just that Simple is just that, simple. It is a quick and easy way for me track when my eating and fasting windows should be so I am getting the benefits of intermittent fasting. It also makes logging meals, hydration and movement a breeze. I love that it syncs with my Fitbit. It might not be the meal detail for everyone but it works for me. The daily articles and information is very informative and helps me make smarter choices with my food.

GBEasy, and Realistic plans. The plans are easy to use, and still easy to achieve your goal. Reasonably priced per month. Realistic food plans, and exercises. Motivational attachments throughout the plans, and recommendations. If you need to speak to someone they respond quickly. I've already told others about the plans I just found out about. One person is definitely needing to loose some weight over time, and will be doing their plan with me.

GBI have trouble navigating the website I have trouble navigating the website. I want to get back to recipe ideas. I also struggle with taking the time to record my daily intake. I'm following the IF plan marginally. It's stressful at times to ignore cravings or hunger, but for now, I'm just going to get acquainted with the pattern of IF and not get stressed if I'm not following it exactly. I'm also trying to do the WalkFit app at the same time but I've decided to back off of that a little bit until I get used to IF.

GBExcellent plan that’s a breeze to use. Excellent plan that guides you through each day & supports your choice of meals also giving you ideas for other meals that are more beneficial & reminders about hydrating. ‘Simple’ is actually how the plan works , very easy to follow, doesn’t disrupt your day, App on your phone is a breeze to use , great customer service.
