GBHelpful For My Goals This app is very helpful with my fitness and nutrition goals. I wasn't doing IF correctly and this was really a great guide. I'm type 2 diabetic and it works for me but I wouldn't recommend doing it without the guidance of your health professional. I've been doing keto and low carb eating for over a year so I'm more familiar with my health. Great app and program!

GBVery difficult to live like this Very difficult to live like this. Times to eat are nowhere near a normal schedule. 16 hours without food makes me feel exhausted and unmotivated to do anything but sit on a couch and tend to the low blood sugar headache every day.
