It’s working!! The Simple App works!! I have bought a lot of apps in my time to help me lose weight , gain health etc etc and the Simple app literally was a mercy prayer of mine to find something that I could understand, simply. I have only been on for 2 weeks exactly today and I have lost 3 kilos!! Nothings worked like this for me before and because of my peri menopause the foods I choose now have been amazing for my overall health and having the fasting window close is very empowering with discipline.

I have trouble navigating the website I have trouble navigating the website. I want to get back to recipe ideas. I also struggle with taking the time to record my daily intake. I'm following the IF plan marginally. It's stressful at times to ignore cravings or hunger, but for now, I'm just going to get acquainted with the pattern of IF and not get stressed if I'm not following it exactly. I'm also trying to do the WalkFit app at the same time but I've decided to back off of that a little bit until I get used to IF.

I like a reminder each day and that’s… I like a reminder each day and that’s what this app does…. Sometimes life gets busy and when there’s a reminder after a while you get accustomed to fulfilling your goals. I also like the nutrition recommendations and the exercise programs offered. This keeps me on track and motivated to continue.

Excellent plan that’s a breeze to use. Excellent plan that guides you through each day & supports your choice of meals also giving you ideas for other meals that are more beneficial & reminders about hydrating. ‘Simple’ is actually how the plan works , very easy to follow, doesn’t disrupt your day, App on your phone is a breeze to use , great customer service.
