AUI had to cancel my credit card to stop… I had to cancel my credit card to stop these people taking money out. I lost $100 over 2 months, just because I wanted to “free trial” the app. I cancelled the subscription and then there was no record of me ever having the subscription but they kept deducting the money from my credit card. Hope this serves as a warning of free trials

GBHelpful For My Goals This app is very helpful with my fitness and nutrition goals. I wasn't doing IF correctly and this was really a great guide. I'm type 2 diabetic and it works for me but I wouldn't recommend doing it without the guidance of your health professional. I've been doing keto and low carb eating for over a year so I'm more familiar with my health. Great app and program!

GBI love this app!!! It spells everything out clearly and simply. It’s easy to track my food and water intake (I had been drinking half the amount of water that I had thought I was drinking before I started this app). I get immediate feedback on the nutritional content of my meal or snack. And the smiley face cheers me up and congratulates me. Oh, and after 4+ years of not being able to lose any weight, and actually gaining more, after this first week of diligently using this app, I have lost 3 pounds!!! That may not sound like much until you think of it as scraping the equivalent of 3 big blocks of butter off my backside! I highly recommend this app!!!

GBThe application is able to help you be able to eat nd live better even when celebrating my birthday!! The application is able to help you be easy on yourself so you don’t quit. I’m having success even with my birthday/ was able to take a day or two off and didn’t completely blow my weight! I really find this easy now that I’m in it, almost forgetting to eat. This is great!! Used to suffer so much bc I’d work all day, then eat junk all night due to menopause and inability to sleep/ it was a vicious cycle and I felt powerless to break the cycle/ now I’m Having fewer hot flashes bc the appetite for sugar is much less. The education / most of it I already knew, but being reminded of it is helping me/ reminding me/ helping me to apply it. Making it seem like I want to eat better because I can fast longer if I do eat nutrients, then making me happy because I’m skinnier. Have less pain, etc!!
