GBI subscribed to try it out I subscribed to try it out, and found it just wasn't for me. I cancelled, but was charged $59.99 for a continued subscription. When I checked on Google Play, it said I had no subscription. I told them that it was taken out with another email account which I gave them. I contacted Simple Life and I was told to submit a copy of the charge from our bank, which I did. Now I am being told that the issue is resolved, but I don't see how it has. I want a refund and a cancelled subscription or I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

GBCustomer Service fixed my problem! I had an issue and had to utilize the customer support. I was a little upset there are no ways to get ahold of them other than email, but that didn't stop Margaret from helping me get to the bottom of what was going on. Thanks Margaret for all of your help!

GBGreat app, even better customer service Love this app, I've struggled with weight loss for years. This program works so well! Plus when I needed help with billing they adjusted to bill to my total satisfaction!!!

GBI have trouble navigating the website I have trouble navigating the website. I want to get back to recipe ideas. I also struggle with taking the time to record my daily intake. I'm following the IF plan marginally. It's stressful at times to ignore cravings or hunger, but for now, I'm just going to get acquainted with the pattern of IF and not get stressed if I'm not following it exactly. I'm also trying to do the WalkFit app at the same time but I've decided to back off of that a little bit until I get used to IF.

AUI had to cancel my credit card to stop… I had to cancel my credit card to stop these people taking money out. I lost $100 over 2 months, just because I wanted to “free trial” the app. I cancelled the subscription and then there was no record of me ever having the subscription but they kept deducting the money from my credit card. Hope this serves as a warning of free trials
