Simple solution that works. Had an old craftsman garage door opener where the remote quit working. Needed something compatible and simple that would work With my opener. Made comparisons of comparable models and read reviews so I took a chance that this one would do the job. Wasn't disappointed. Ordered and got quick delivery. Programming instructions were simple to follow. Simple to set up and worked the first time. I like simple solutions. Now know where to go for reliable replacements. Thanks 365 GarageDoors Parts. You came thru again.

Product was misrepresented and labeled incorrectly bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!

Purchased bottom door seals that… Purchased bottom door seals that weren't standard big box store items. Shipped to Canada, arrived on time and were the correct part.

Unethical and unreasonable stay away! I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.
