From the "About Us" section of their website: "All online purchases are shipped in one business day because we understand that when you make a purchase you want your items as soon as possible." I ordered my part Sunday afternoon at around 4:30 PST. According to whoever wrote their "About Us" page it should have been shipped by Tuesday. It finally was received by the Post Office Friday night and made it to me sometime Monday. A full eight days after I placed the order. But wait, there's more. When I got my order the grease tube inside had burst and got grease all over the parts inside. Everything had to be cleaned up before I could do the repair. I took pictures because I thought they'd want to know that either the part left their facility that way, or it got damaged in transit. Instead of so much as a "thanks for letting us know", I got a snarky "We can have our processing team replace the grease", as if not having the grease was the problem. These guys should be forbidden from using the word "Professional" in their name; they are not worthy of it. You will be better off buying from craigslist, or a swap meet.
