Product was misrepresented and labeled incorrectly bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!

BEWARE BEWARE: If you have used a credit card on the 365garagedoorparts.net site, check it for fraudulent activity. My card number used SOLELY on this site was compromised. Don't expect customer service to take it seriously. They told me I probably have a virus.

And above all neither amazon nor this business provides me with a vehicle to cancel and get my refund , so that I can buy it elsewhere .
