GBNever received my order I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).

NLGreat customer service. Today I received my replacement engraving tool in the Netherlands. I very much appreciate Clara following through on her promise to send me a new engraver, after the first replacement tool got lost in the delivery process.

GBUtterly unresponsive Utterly unresponsive. I sent a message to customer services with a very straightforward question. Other than a toe curling cheerful auto response the silence has been deafening. My follow-up chaser has also been ignored. Don't rely on a response from this company if you do have a problem with the product. You could be waiting a very long time. Against my better judgement I have ordered - I just hope the product works as I don't think I'd have much chance of any help from them if it doesn't.
