Awesome experience I received my items in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was packaged well and extremely presentable. I've never done any kind of wood burning or engraving however as a crafty person I was interested in trying. Within the first 15 minutes I realized how easy it was to use, the ability to switch out different parts with no issues and the joy that comes with the experience

My Dremel would turn off after 10… My Dremel would turn off after 10 seconds. It was a gift over a year ago. When I contacted them, they responded right away. I sent them a video of what it was doing and they replaced it. I couldn't be happier. Shout-out to Taylor ...the one who helped me. I definitely recommend this Dremel. It's perfect. Sandi

Not only did she find out My Customizer was one of a bad batch she replaced it even though it was out of warranty she kept in touch through the whole process . I wish I had more employees like hee. Never received my order I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).

I am beyond measure satisfied with the… I am beyond measure satisfied with the treatment I received from Carla, when I first ordered my Engraver I was not able to begin using it right away, finally my schedule settled down and I had time to return to the stuff I love to do "create art" I opened my Engraver and it didn't turn on😕, so I charged it overnight and still nothing. I then followed the instructions on how to contact and connected with Carla😁she is so professional and kind that I am now holding my "New Replacement"🤩I truly am sharing my experience with friends and family.
