GBI am beyond measure satisfied with the… I am beyond measure satisfied with the treatment I received from Carla, when I first ordered my Engraver I was not able to begin using it right away, finally my schedule settled down and I had time to return to the stuff I love to do "create art" I opened my Engraver and it didn't turn on😕, so I charged it overnight and still nothing. I then followed the instructions on how to contact and connected with Carla😁she is so professional and kind that I am now holding my "New Replacement"🤩I truly am sharing my experience with friends and family. NLGreat customer service. Today I received my replacement engraving tool in the Netherlands. I very much appreciate Clara following through on her promise to send me a new engraver, after the first replacement tool got lost in the delivery process.

GBMy Dremel would turn off after 10… My Dremel would turn off after 10 seconds. It was a gift over a year ago. When I contacted them, they responded right away. I sent them a video of what it was doing and they replaced it. I couldn't be happier. Shout-out to Taylor ...the one who helped me. I definitely recommend this Dremel. It's perfect. Sandi

GBMagic pen I have been using my engraver for some time now,date l got it, I can't remember, but I love being able to glide through glass as if it is paper, now I have extra engraving bits, I can't put it down, love it.customer service is also great.Thank you.
