Arrived promptly and with all the… Arrived promptly and with all the extras I had ordered BUT I charged it up TO FULL and worked with it testing out different surfaces Plastic, paper, rubber for about 10 mins total, then the battery ran out. If the pen cannot hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of very light use then its no use to me. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

Really great support and customer service Purchased portable engraving pen. Product was defective as some of LEDs where missing on PCB. After explaining the issue I was given second item which had exactly same flaw. In overall I received third item, which was a bit better model, still having imperfections, yet in price of one I have now three. Never had such experience with customer support. Mostly it would be replacing item or send for repairs.

Awesome experience I received my items in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was packaged well and extremely presentable. I've never done any kind of wood burning or engraving however as a crafty person I was interested in trying. Within the first 15 minutes I realized how easy it was to use, the ability to switch out different parts with no issues and the joy that comes with the experience
