Arrived in good order with a very pleasant note from the packer! Altogether, a lovely ordering experience. I would certainly recommend this company. (one tiny point - it would be helpful if all the little fixings could be in separate packets.)

Great experience and great company!! I love working with Horton Brasses! The lead times are always quick and we recently purchased a huge quantity of knobs for a commercial job and they all came quickly and packaged extremely well. The few that we had problems with they replaced no problem. Will definitely continue using them as much as possible.
