Needs to better attention to detail in parts picking Shipped order same day. Received next day. Short half the posts for pulls. Called and they shipped the shorted parts. Received them late next day but they were the wrong size posts. Called following day to report problem. Shipped replacements same day which was a Friday. Haven't received replacements as of now (Monday). Should receive by end of day.

Very Pleased! Well-made, good quality products at a reasonable price. Delivered within the week, despite coming all the way from the US to the UK! Arrived in good order with a very pleasant note from the packer! Altogether, a lovely ordering experience. I would certainly recommend this company. I was blown away at how good my experience was. I was in need of sample non mortising hinges for a meeting I had in the near future and was having trouble finding good hinges I could get quickly. My father recommended Horton Brasses after having very bad luck with Colonial Brass. Horton Brasses immediately answered their phone, knew exactly what I was looking for, got me great sample pricing, and I had them in my hand the next day... amazing. And the web site has excellent images of their products which make it easy to pick and choose the finishes.
