When I emailed later that night to inquire about expedited shipping I received an immediate response and follow up in the morning as promised. They expedited my shipping so I would have the hardware to meet my contractor's schedule. The pulls themselves are just beautiful.

Excellent Product The product is very well made and as expected. I would like to have a few more installation suggestions included to attach the pull ordered to an existing backplate. I am happy with the great quality of the product.

The lead times are always quick and we recently purchased a huge quantity of knobs for a commercial job and they all came quickly and packaged extremely well. I like their product; their web site needs improvement. good product that you pay for, but high quality and period correct. wish the web site gave more info on size and dimensions - makes it easier to choose the lock or hinge for my build.
