On Top Of It Rich and his staff are excellent to work with. I had made a mistake on 2 newels in my order and they fixed it immediately before shipping and also my contractor advised I didn't need the mounting blocks and they removed and credited my account. I had my order within a week. I highly recommend Stair Parts USA.

Good experience I ordered 2 red oak box newels and 12 solid iron balusters with shoes. The newels arrived a week earlier than expected, then the balusters the next day. The newels had some minor damage on the corners of the base that didn't seem to be from shipping, but for this application that isn't an issue. The newels need sanding all over anyway before finishing. Some of the trim on the newels was cut too long and there are slight gaps, but again this isn't an issue for this application. Overall great value for the products I've received.

Great customer service and very fast response. I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. Unacceptable The only thing that was positive about my order was the fast shipping. My balusters arrived on time & we were ready to install having already removed the old railing. The 38" balusters that I ordered (and double checked my order to confirm I did not make a mistake) arrived & they were 42". I purchased a primed & painted product that had paint drips, knicks and small particles of dirt or maybe saw dust that were sprayed onto the balusters during painting. The most disappointing aspect of this all, is that I had an unsafe area in my home & did not have the option of sending them back so I spent an entire day cutting, sanding & repainting 30 balusters. Very disappointed. 😡

Great selection, great products I was just looking for some beefy 42" balusters to convert an old desk into a standing desk. The parts shipped quickly, were well packaged and high quality.
