Quality of the stainless steel stair parts great, absolutely what I was hoping it will be. Too bad I did not discover this website a year ago while was rebuilding larger staircase in my house. Few choices for what I needed but this was a good one! I happened upon Stair Parts USA while searching for stainless stair rail components. I called Stair Parts and spoke with Rich who was cordial and seemingly understood what I was seeking. The reasonably priced, high quality Italian parts were ordered, shipped promptly and received within a week. Customer service at Stair Parts USA is excellent which will bring me back to them when I add more railing to this project.

May be ok but has provlems with delivery The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star
