Great customer service and very fast response. I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. I highly recommend this store to others (professionals and non-professionals).

Great service, great company! A stairway can be a big investment and having all the correct information is so important. Rich was wonderful and not only explained things very clearly but even sent photos to help me make the perfect choice. Satisfied customer Tom at Stairparts USA was extremely patient and helpful on the phone to help refine the details of my order. There were a couple design details I hadn't completely thought out for my railing project, and he helped me revise my order to make it work. All items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I did, however, feel that the shipping cost was quite steep for the size of my order. (Nearly 25% on top of the total cost of the items.) Overall, though, I'm very satisfied.

Unfortunately Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review for this company. I accidentally ordered a substantial amount of balusters in the wrong size. I understand that I would need to pay for return shipping, however, the 25% restocking fee on an order over $700 is too high ($175 + the shipping I still needed to pay). I know they have to be able to make money but I also need to feel confident should an unplanned error occur that I am not penalized. Other companies do not have this process and I could do business.

Few choices for what I needed but this was a good one! I happened upon Stair Parts USA while searching for stainless stair rail components. I called Stair Parts and spoke with Rich who was cordial and seemingly understood what I was seeking. The reasonably priced, high quality Italian parts were ordered, shipped promptly and received within a week. Customer service at Stair Parts USA is excellent which will bring me back to them when I add more railing to this project.
