GBWe are a home health business and… We are a home health business and ordered these cases for our iPads that will be used by our field staff. They arrived a day before promised and in excellent condition. It was a little difficult putting on the scratch resistant screen cover, the openings didn't line up exactly, but we were able to get them on and get the bubbles out with a little time and effort. The cases were a little difficult to get on, as we didn't have the opening in the back to slide them in, but the iPads obviously won't be popping out without a lot of help. :) Since we just got them, I can't tell you how long they will last or how they hold up, but I will let you know.

AUArrived very quickly Couldn't buy this product from a retailer in Australia so purchased directly from the Pure Sense website. Arrived to our address in Australia via FedEx in three days, that is better than the time most Australian retailers can deliver in. We have had the product before, this was a new case for a new iPad. It is a great product for kids and Im not aware of an equivalent product with any other manufacturer.

GBWe are a small community organisation… We are a small community organisation looking after a park. This review would be five stars if the blue case had been available. With a protective screen cover stuck over our iPad broken screen and this cover, we affectionately call it the Fisher Price iPad ;-) a $450 replacement screen has been avoided and we are very very pleased with the protection that the Pure Senses case gives us.

GBGreat Customer Service When ordering my case, I had options for shipping; USA or Overseas. I opted for USA, as it was a quicker delivery, but was immediately notified that it would have to be shipped from overseas, as it wasn't available in the US Warehouse. The agent immediately requested a refund, as shipping was less (go figure) and my order was processed. Unfortunately, the timeliness of receiving the order from Hong Kong wasn't as I had hoped, but nonetheless, when I contacted an agent I was given the tracking number so I could track the shipment. Because this case is for the 7th addition iPad, and is pink & purple, I suspect that there was a delay in manufacturing. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received.
