Only caveat to the product is that the new iPads with the swiping up function are not necessarily perfectly suited for this product as the swiping up doesn’t work half the time because of the thick edges

The case is very nice BUT... The case is very nice BUT a better set of installation instructions would help a dummy like me. I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands and the material was too tough for me to maneuver. I had difficulty in inserting my iPad...a friend had to do it with some trouble too. Very nice to handle the ipad now with the hand gripper. So far I love it.

iPad case is great. Customer service even better! Great product and price. Unfortunately, the case did not fit our iPad. Apparently I did not know the generation ours was…. My error as it is stated in the description. However, sent an email for a refund and response was within minutes, super responsive and refund issued immediately. 100% will order again when I get a newer iPad.
