Great Team and Great Products The team at ChemDirect is fantastic! They truly care about their customers. They have such a great variety of product offerings. Our lab loves the Chempure Brand Chemicals that they sell. I would highly recommend this store front.

It starts with the fact that I asked… It starts with the fact that I asked you to apply the "freeship" coupon when we talked. I was told you would. You didn't. It ended with a box leaking hydrogen peroxide on my desk. After doubling the cost of the product for "hazmat fees" and shipping, the product arrived damaged with about 20% of the material leaked away. While I primarily blame the shipper for poorly handling the product, I was fairly shocked to see no packing material around the container. It was sealed in a plastic bag that certainly limited the amount of external contamination, but there was nothing to absorb any shock (i.e. packing peanuts). That is your responsibility. If I have to pay extra for a hazardous material to get delivered, I'd certainly expect certain precautions taken as justification for that cost.
