Great resource! ChemDirect has a well designed, fast, and comprehensive user interface. It is easy to search by CAS# and find available options for a given chemical. Prices are competitive and I appreciate the estimated arrival date shown for every item. The arrival time has been accurate and customer service is great. Criticisms would be: No expedited shipping. Would like to see more discounts for repeat purchasing.

It starts with the fact that I asked… It starts with the fact that I asked you to apply the "freeship" coupon when we talked. I was told you would. You didn't. It ended with a box leaking hydrogen peroxide on my desk. After doubling the cost of the product for "hazmat fees" and shipping, the product arrived damaged with about 20% of the material leaked away. While I primarily blame the shipper for poorly handling the product, I was fairly shocked to see no packing material around the container. It was sealed in a plastic bag that certainly limited the amount of external contamination, but there was nothing to absorb any shock (i.e. packing peanuts). That is your responsibility. If I have to pay extra for a hazardous material to get delivered, I'd certainly expect certain precautions taken as justification for that cost.

Unreliable They took my order, and charged me. Despite knowing they couldn't fulfill my order. Yet, they are procrastinating when it comes to refunding me. *Most of their response is simply untrue. Even now, they still have not even removed the hold on the payment.
