Prices are competitive and I appreciate the estimated arrival date shown for every item. The arrival time has been accurate and customer service is great. Criticisms would be: No expedited shipping. Would like to see more discounts for repeat purchasing.

Impressive selection but awkward purchasing policy ChemDirect has an impressive selection of chemical materials at reasonable prices. However, they seem to have a policy of restricting who can buy materials and a need to know what the material will be used for, unnecessarily delaying the process. This was overcome by a very helpful purchasing agent, but such delays are not policies of other chemical companies such as Sigma.

Great customer support The purchase took some time because of the supplier procedures and I totally understood that. The customer support was spot on, Autumn was great to work with she kept me updated through emails till the day that the product was delivered.
