Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Fetch losing Christmas presents! Fetch lost a few of my Christmas gifts, where various vendors staged and have pictures of them delivering items to the warehouse. Fetch lost my items and state it is not their fault and to file claims with the vendor. No accountability is given for this service and I would not recommend moving to a location where fetch handles packages.

Lost packages in Miami I've been living in my apartment for 2 weeks and thought I really liked the service but then, a package valued over $100 goes missing. Tracking shows it was delivered to their facility but it was not logged in or delivered to me. I have sent 3 emails with no responses. Their "live chat" also does not work as it just takes you to a screen that says "loading" indefinitely. I have no idea how to get a hold of someone or how to file a claim. Therefore I will have to file in a court of law next week. Apparently everyone has had at least a few packages go missing and the lack of response, help or accountability will really take you over the edge. *Note: Their response is asking me to email them however I have already emailed multiple times and received no response, hence the purpose of this complaint.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! My delivery was delivered before the scheduled time and I am very, very happy about that! I would love to give the Fetch delivery person a 10-star rating!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fetch either has lost or delivered… Fetch either has lost or delivered packages addressed to me to the wrong address on numerous occasions. Their customer service is non-existent and the best you can hope for is for them to tell you "Get a Refund from Amazon". They are both incompetent and not service oriented. In short they suck!

I live in Mesa AZ I live in Mesa AZ. after moving in we were notified by the leasing office that they were forcing all tenants to pay for fetch. We don’t have to use it but we have to pay for it. For anyone thinking about moving into an apartment community PLEASE be aware of all the charges added in after your base rent. When I first moved in the extras were about $80 now they are over $200. These services like fetch are scams and the apartments that use them are getting kick backs.
