About fetchpackage.com

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Poor Service My apartment complex, Denim Scottsdale, decided to use this service instead of the parcel locker room we have. Since using it, 2 packages have been lost. one was delivered to the wrong apartment, and they don't seem to be anything about it. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE

it’s not a service when it makes getting your packages worse avoid. Package was scheduled to be delivered today, so we waited in. Agent claims to have attempted delivery but clearly is not being truthful as we were in all day. I contacted customer service (through online chat and have screen shots) and was told they would add it to the last delivery slot. Didn’t come again having now waited in all day and all evening. I don’t see the point in this “service” my advice is stick to an apartment building where Amazon delivers directly. This so called service is a dreadful.

2 day shipping becomes 4 day shipping. The only thing fetch achieves, is getting your package to you day or more later. Two day shipping, becomes 4 shipping with they are involved. Fetch often has the packages delivered to them by about lunch. The delays are caused by: - taking to long to scan in the packages - not having available delivery times that day because of the delay in scanning or limited capacity. - cancelling delivery windows The only reason they still exists is because apartment managers mandate their use.

This company is awful This company is awful. They have lost over thirty packages since my apartment started using them. Their customer service is trash. It's next to impossible to get a person, and when you do, they give you the same canned message about the research team every time. They recently forced us to change our delivery address, and promised that they would have weekly transfers between the old and new facility to accommodate those packages that got sent to the old address. However, when I had a few packages sent to the old address accidentally, they expected me to drive across a city the size of Connecticut to pick it up from their warehouse in person. I do not pay for that. They need to do their jobs and not make excuses. Edited to add: They had the audacity to threaten to dispose or discard my packages if I didn't pick them up in person. This company should reconsider its existence.

This company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They no longer have a phone support line. The apartment complexes cannot contact them. Packages disappear and if you move, the are not forwarded or returned to sender. They are “donated”.
