GBSmart box lost my pods!!!! Well smart box has lost all my pods and don't seem to care I start working next week, or that I haven't slept in a bed for a month! they don't know where my stuff is? Horrible customer service always saying they will email someone about your problems!!! I'm unhappy and if they don't find my stuff ASAP there will be hell to pay!

GBHorrible support and scheduling In late January, I contacted SmartBox to have my empty box picked up. The earliest date they could arrange pick up was January 30th. It is now February 11th, I have attempted on multiple occasions to reschedule and on multiple occasions to find out why the delay. They have never given me a phone call or an answer. It has now been almost 2 weeks since the first scheduled pick up and the box is still here -- and still no plan on how to remove it.

GBGreat customer service, containers not so much. Great customer service from start finish! However, the containers are too small for the price and poorly made for long term storage outdoors. The overall price was cheaper than what I normally pay for portable storage. When the containers arrived I immediately knew why. I'm used to a metal box, wood inside not wood all over covered with a tarp, and rods inside for space to hang things from the closest. Overall a more secure box able to withstand various weather conditions.

GBNever use these guys-especially military Despite claims to the contrary, Smartbox is unfamiliar with the paperwork required for military moves. (They actually forged one of the required documents I needed to receive reimbursement.) On top of that, they completely destroyed one of my crates and everything in it. I was still required to pay the entire cost of the move.

GBHorrible Service Before today i only had good things to say about smart box but the customer service and lack of motivation to correct issues has changed my mind. I had scheduled over a week ago to have my belongs droppedoff on 1 July but the morning of received a call saying their 1 and ONLY forklift was down. Then 30 minutes later was told they were up and running again and i would get my belongings. I had already scheduled for movers to come and move my things for me. Well, now after waiting all day, it's 4pm they call saying they are still broken and will not be able to deliver today, or over the weekend because it's a holiday weekend. So i am not going to have any of my belongings for who knows how long. I called corporate and they do not seem to care. How does a company like this have only 1 forklift per location? They can't borrow or rent one to stay on task? This is completely unacceptable
