GBDisappointed It has taken me this long to review due to the extreme amount of damage done to my belongings in storage making angry when writing reviews. I retrieved my belongings on 6/24/16. First there was some sort of rodent that got into my box that left droppings everywhere and chewed and destroyed many of my things. It was given access to many of my storage containers due to the damage done to them in storage described below. The plastic storage boxes inside and some of the loose objects were also heavily damaged, it appeared from being moved/up and down frequently over the course of a year, although I guess its possible all the physical damage was done during the transportation. These same boxes showed no sign of wear in the year of storage before being given to Door to Door. The box got from point A to point B, but I would not recommend Door to Door to anyone.

GBUnacceptable Terrible equipment very cheap. Changes after agreement has been made for pickup was almost impossible and their warehouse was literally a rock throw from my house

GBThere customer service is the worst I needed to adjust my delivery date for my containers due to my closing date of the house being pushed back. They were not helpful at all in assisting me with that and wanted to continue to tack on fees. Every other company I was working wig did not have any issues in rescheduling.

GBOK experience overall- some logistical challenges though. I had a pretty reasonable experience overall - first drop off was easy but I had to figure out a good location in a tight area to arrange for loading. I had several problems with the delivery end though. First, moving to a large city there are restrictions on leaving a pod overnight (not D2Ds fault but still.) Had to unload while driver waited, had to hire help and organize timing was stressful. Second, their delivery options are limited to weekdays and they charge fees, and delay for DAYS if something changes. So I spent days in my new place sleeping on the hardwood floors without any of my stuff. I might use a pod again if I were moving to a house with a driveway but I will never move into a condo in the city with anything but a moving truck.
