GBTrusted My Gut I put a lot of stock in reviews typically, but after going through the sales process with my rep, I decided to go with my gut instead of what I was reading, and turns out it was the right call. They laid out exactly what kind of savings I'd see, and even 4 months into the service, they've consistently delivered. I haven't had to use the customer support yet, but I'd imagine it would be better than UPS or FedEx's.

GBannoying cold calls Rates aren't as competitive as they claim. Constantly get cold calls from different reps every couple weeks. Pushy and got upset when I said we weren't interested in their services. Annoying, especially how pushy they've been this whole year.

GBHarassing sales calls -multiple times a… Harassing sales calls -multiple times a day- from same person in most cases. Have asked many times to put on do not call list and it is ignored. No lie -it must have happened 100 times to date. I would not recommend this company. What makes them think we would use their services after all this?

GBHighly Recommend Working with Unishippers has been an absolute god send. My process was a nightmare and quite honestly, I didn't know where or how to fix everything going on between FedEx and UPS. Love my rep at Unishippers and their support staff.
