GBGreat experience I was initially pretty skeptical when I got a call/email about Unishippers. It seemed rather too good to be true. I was feeling optimistic, however, and I scheduled a phone call with my rep to further the conversation. She talked me through the process, the seamless integration into my shipping platform, and she even did invoice reviews with me the first few weeks. She eased my stress, and now I am saving about $1200 per month just on my shipping rates. I have referred other companies that I work alongside of over to my rep, and she's taken awfully great care of everybody.

GBHighly Recommend Working with Unishippers has been an absolute god send. My process was a nightmare and quite honestly, I didn't know where or how to fix everything going on between FedEx and UPS. Love my rep at Unishippers and their support staff.

GBThese guys billed me almost $1000 for… These guys billed me almost $1000 for no reason and are no longer communicating with me and have not returned my money.

GBAggressive Telemarketing from… Pending Resolution.........1 year of no calls and the review will be removed. Aggressive Telemarketing from Unishippers franchisee employees using personal cell phones to bypass being blocked. 3rd call of the day. As many as 7 different telemarketer scum calling in a single day. It is like a game of wack-a-mole. They don't accept no as an answer and are abusive to staff, management and ownership of the business. And it starts all over again. 3:40 PM April 10, 2024, Low Life Scum Mike Waldmen from Unishippers (name on caller ID and name stated by the caller) claiming to be from Alabama, but calling from 978 905 1845.

GBNot “user-friendly” for a busy store They weren’t user friendly at all. I own a retail store so I am constantly having product shipped to me (which adds up to a lot of small invoices). So rather than pay dozens of little invoices I prefer to pay many at once and even prepay knowing I have many shipments coming. So I tried to write a $500 check to pay a few small invoices and prepay several that I know were coming - they sent me back at check for over $260 and said they wouldn’t allow me to do that. Then within a couple weeks I started getting emails saying “overdue invoices” and even got an email from their Collections Department. Definitely not a system that works for our busy store and thus not user friendly at all.
