GBFrustruating neverending spam phone calls Echoing multiple people on here already regarding frequent spam calls. Have told them to remove us from their call list multiple times and it gets ignored. Since it seems their company runs in some sort of franchise mode, I doubt it will ever get resolved since there's probably no communication between the franchisees regarding a do not call list. Will just have to leave 1 star reviews every for every call just like the other review.

GBThese guys billed me almost $1000 for… These guys billed me almost $1000 for no reason and are no longer communicating with me and have not returned my money.

GBWe have been a customer for years We have been a customer for years, and our local company is great to work with. This 1 star review is about their business model and the constant calls from other companies trying to get our business. Every time we tell them we already have an account, they said they are not aware of this and some get pushy and rude. And this wasn't a few calls, they call sometimes a few times a day, and its been going on for weeks maybe months. This should be delt with at a corporate level making sure current customers are not harassed on a regular basis. Unishippers, if your trying to annoy your current customers, you are doing a great job. FIX THIS ASAP.

GBannoying cold calls Rates aren't as competitive as they claim. Constantly get cold calls from different reps every couple weeks. Pushy and got upset when I said we weren't interested in their services. Annoying, especially how pushy they've been this whole year.

GBEndless spam calls Endless spam calls. I've reported them to the FTC as they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, for violating the Do Not Call registry. The TCPA also lets consumers take legal action against telemarketers who don't honor the national do-not-call list and collect $500 per call, for every phone call beyond the first one. Complete this process, hopefully they'll be fined into bankruptcy. Hopefully that gets something done, because as you can see from the countless 1 star reviews, they call every 1-2 weeks demanding to speak to "the owner" and persist even after being told we aren't interested, and that we told them this last week when they called, and every time before that. The worst part is, I handle phones for 3 of our brands and every one gets separate calls from Unishippers. So I get one of these calls at least 3 times every 2 weeks, across our 3 phone numbers. If you are a cold-caller working at Unishippers, please quit your job.
