GBA -10 Star Review If it were possible to give a company a -10 star review, I would. As a US Army veteran, I have moved every to to three years for 11 years. I’ve also moved four times as a private citizen and using Upack was the worst moving decision I could’ve made. There are so many steps to scheduling your Upack trailer delivery, picking up the trailer and unpacking it that I couldn’t keep up with which number I’m supposed to call at which time. Yesterday, we finally began unpacking our trailer and are finding many things broken. In addition, Upack referred us to Moving Staffers as one of their preferred companies to help unload the Upack trailer. That was also a disaster. I ended hiring a second moving company to help us the night before my scheduled move. Do not use this company. It will make your cross country move substantially more challenging and stressful.

GBJustPerfect Other than telling me I needed packing blankets & tie-down straps it would've been good to know I also needed one medium-length-shank padlock for uPak door itself. Yes, I could've read everything UPak emailed me & those things may have been mentioned, but the phone call including those few important bullet points is good for peeps who don't take the time to read stuff when they're too busy in the moving process. (Loved the tutorial on website for packing art/mirrors).

GBWe used a U-Pack trailer to move from California to Missouri We used a U-Pack trailer. The drop offs and pick ups were on time, the equipment was clean, everyone was courteous and professional, and there was no upsale for insurance (we did verify coverage through our insurer). We used the entire trailer, and the cost they quoted was on the penny and $1200 less than a six foot smaller truck from a well known moving company -- plus no charges for fuel and hotels and no wear and tear on us. We would absolutely use them again!

GBDrivers are hiding something I live in a guarded community that requires all drivers to show their state-issued ID at the gate when entering. I told them when I booked the container that someone would need to show their ID at the gate, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The U-Pack/ABF driver refused to show his ID and became verbally aggressive with the private security company, so I am forced to rearrange my cross-country move. This will cost me another $1,000 because now I will need a hotel for a week. The U-Pack/ABF dispatcher also called me when the driver arrived. He immediately began yelling at me about the private security company of whom I have no affiliation with and no control over. These people have been rude and unprofessional with both myself as well as the security company at my community. Go with PODS. U-Pack has proven to be sketchy. I don't know what their drivers are hiding but they have cost me quite a bit extra now. When I attempted to reason with them, they had no reasoning. The three people I talked to were rude and unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to offer any sort of compromise. I also emailed them as per their comment below and they never replied.

GBRecent ReloCube Experience Recently used two of their ReloCube moving containers from TX to VA. Everything went smoothly, and the service I received was exactly what I was expecting. Customer service was also great from start to finish.
